On a personal note I would like to say a massive thank you to you, Lakpa, Pharubu, Babu, the medical assistant and all the porters. You made my trip so much more than what I expected it to be. A special mention to Lakpa and his team of assistant guides who I had the pleasure of spending time with on a number of occasions and was in awe of their experience.

They were nice and very helpful. They also had a nice calm demeanour. The only comment was level of English wasn’t very good so it was hard to communicate directly with them. At the same time I felt our local team were very well connected and were organising a lot behind the scene
