Overview

Lobuche Peak (6,119 m) is one of Nepal’s most challenging and rewarding trekking peaks, located near Everest Base Camp in the Khumbu region. Known for its steep ridges and technical sections, Lobuche Peak is ideal for climbers seeking a serious alpine experience with spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Pumori. This climb is best suited for experienced trekkers with basic mountaineering knowledge.

Schedule Details

Day 01: Fly Kathmandu – Lukla, Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Early morning flight to Lukla. Trek through Phakding and continue to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at teahouse.

Day 02: Trek Namche – Dingboche (4,410 m)

Trek past Tengboche Monastery with stunning mountain views. Gradual ascent to Dingboche. Overnight at teahouse.

Day 03: Trek Dingboche – Lobuche & Pre-Climb Training

Short trek to Lobuche. Afternoon basic climbing training and equipment check. Overnight at teahouse.

Day 04: Trek Lobuche – Lobuche High Camp (5,400 m)

Climb towards High Camp with steep ascent. Prepare for summit push. Overnight in tented camp.

Day 05: Summit Lobuche Peak (6,119 m) & Descend to Pheriche

Early morning summit attempt via fixed ropes. Enjoy panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Pumori. Descend to Pheriche. Overnight at lodge.

Day 06: Trek Pheriche – Lukla (via Namche) & Trip Ends

Long but rewarding trek back to Lukla. Trip concludes.
